Return and Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return and Exchange

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and may exchange/return the items at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The product is not the same type or model as ordered or as shown on the website at the time of order.
  • The quantity or set is incomplete as per the order.
  • The external condition is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken.

Customers are required to present relevant documents to prove the deficiency for processing the return/exchange.

2. Rules for Notification and Sending Returned Products

  • Return Notification Time: Within 48 hours from receiving the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or broken items.
  • Return Shipping Time: Within 14 days from receiving the product.
  • Return Location: Customers can bring the items directly to our office/store or send them via postal service.
